Sparkly Christmas Water Play

The boys helped set up our sparkly Christmas water tub. We added Christmas sleigh confetti, translucent plastic beads, large ice pieces made in empty cool whip tubs, and colored ice cubes made in Christmas silicone molds.

I filled some empty milk jugs with warm water for the boys to add to the tub.
We used slotted spoons, colander, plastic tubs and bowls to play with.

We also rescued some foil from the recycling bin and made boats.
This water tub was a big hit with the boys they played with it for close to half an hour. I placed the colander in the sink to catch the beads and confetti and dumped out the water, put the beads in a bag to use another day.
